Payments

We are glad to accept credit card payments. All your payments are completely secure and processed through secured payment processing providers, PayPal or Google Checkout only.
At the checkout you can choose PayPal or Google Checkout as your payment processor and you will be redirected to their payment page for the payment. Upon successful payment completion, you will receive a confirmation email. All your payments are completely secured and processed through secured payment providers, Pay Pal or Google Checkout only. We do not receive, store or share with third party any part of your credit card details. We respect your privacy and do not share your contact information with any third party. We never ask (and PLEASE DO NOT SEND us any communication of) your personal credit card details or credit card numbers. All refunds (if applicable) will be processed back through Pay Pal or Google Checkout only, and consequentially will be refunded to your original source of funding. We do not need your credit card details for processing refunds.

Shipping

We ship most items on the same business day and no later than within 2 business days after received payment.
We can promise a quick dispatch of your purchase, however, delivery time can vary depending on your country and can take up to two weeks to arrive (especially when buyer is located overseas or in remote locations). We use one of fastest shipping methods available, however, once your purchase is posted to Royal Mail, we have no control over Royal Mail or your local postal system processing and delivery time. We do not ship over Weekends (Saturday or Sunday), Bank or National Holidays. Please be informed that we are based in United Kingdom so in your countries time and National Holidays may be different. Shipping price automatically includes Royal Mail insurance against loss or damage. To United Kingdom customers all shipment will be posted with Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Signed For. To the customers outside the UK, all shipments will be posted with Royal Mail Air Mail. To some countries, we will ship Recorded or registered mail without any extra surcharge. Shipping prices are all inclusive; we do not charge extra and there is no surcharge for any package, packing or insurance. Your countries import duties, your countries import taxes or your countries customs charges (if applicable in your country) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered.
Upon safe return of the item, the buyer will get their money back in full, to the original source of funding, including the original postage and packing charges. However, we are require the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item. Please contact us before returning any item.
